What Our Customers Say
Highly recommend this company to everyone! The rebate program helped me save a lot of money. They basically did all the paper works for me and all I had to do was wait for the rebate to mail back to me.

Fast and friendly service. My friend recommended me to Matthew from Solidcare. I also got my neighbor next door to get attic insulation done. He gave my neighbor and me a very reasonable price. My neighbor and I both got the insulation done on the same day. Highly recommend Solidcore and thank you guys for the service!

Since I have not known really well for the rebate program, they explained it to me in detail and would let me know what I was doing and how the process working. The sales rep is really nice and patient. I have already referred Solid Care to some of my friends. Highly recommended.

Frequently Asked Questions
Absolutely! Gas furnaces are measured using Annual Fuel Efficiency Ratings (AFUE). The higher the AFUE, the less energy the furnace will consume, which means you save more on your home heating bills. We recommend our customers install furnaces with a higher AFUE rating of at least 96%. Contact us today for more information!
If the heater is too small, it will work non-stop, which in turn increases energy costs. If the heater is too large, it will turn on and off frequently. So when we install a new furnace for our customers, there are many important factors to consider in finding the right size, such as the size of the house, doors, windows, insulation, the location of the furnace, etc.
The choice of insulation materials can differ according to the overall function, environment and the building materials of your home. If it’s installed correctly, it can last for years, decades, or even a lifetime. If it’s installed incorrectly, many problems can occur and it can even be dangerous. There are a few reasons why we don’t recommend our clients to install insulation materials by themselves: One, there are many important procedures that our experienced technicians have to do in order to correctly install it. Two, without proper equipment and protection, inhaling the insulation fibers can be harmful to the body. And three, if incorrectly installed, the repairs will most likely be more expensive compared to hiring a technician to install it in the first place.
After inspecting your home, our HVAC personnels from Homestandard will inform you if your home qualifies for rebates. If not, we will inform you of what needs to be done in order to qualify for rebates. After confirming your eligibility, the government will send an energy appraiser to perform the official qualifications and help you with the application. The appraisal will cost $600 but it will be compensated in the total amount of rebates you would receive from the government.
Upon confirming your eligibility to receive it, our Homestandard representative will write you a contract. In this contract, it will state that if you do not receive the promised amount of rebate within 5 months, we will instead pay you the amount of rebate.
